Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15 per carton (either 6 pack or dozen) and $5 for each subsequent carton.
Delivery Details
You must supply a street address as our couriers are not associated with Australia Post and therefore are unable to leave at any Post Office.
Please add delivery instructions and authority to leave if address is unattended to your order on checkout, as this is the best way for a successful stress fee delivery. For example if you are not at home leave instruction that the driver may leave your order in a safe and secure area of your property. Wine cannot be left outside the boundary line of a premises. It is the drivers discretion whether they deem delivery instructions are safe to comply with.
Your order will be delivered within 7-10 working days, however, it may exceed this in some country areas. We will always do our utmost to ensure delivery as quickly as possible.
All deliveries that are returned to sender due to incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser will be charged a $40 re-dispatchment fee.
Breakages
If you receive a case of wine with a broken bottle (s) please let us know within two working days of the date of delivery. We will follow up with our couriers and either a credit to you or replacement of stock will be provided.
