2015 Shiraz
Produced from the family vineyard at Verdun in the Adelaide Hills, this wine spent 14 months in French Oak. The wine is perfumed and spicey on the nose. The palate is mouth filling with berry fruits and mulberries followed by spice and white pepper. Long clean elegant finish lingers.
Alcohol 13.5%

Verdun Park produce beautiful wines, and this one is no exception. It is quite savoury and spicey and has flavours of freshly picked berries which are enhanced by the French oak. This wine would match so well with a lovely antipatsto platter enjoyed slowly on a lazy afternoon.
Although these bottles are unlabelled, it doesn’t affect the great quality!
