2014 Cabernet Sauvignon

Garnet in colour, with a deep red hue. Intensely perfumed bouquet with lifted red currant, red cherry and violets. Hints of oyster shell, dried tobacco and mint add complexity. Medium bodied. Sweet, fleshy red fruits fill out the mid palate. Lovely length of flavour with dusty oak and fine, supple earthy tannins providing structure and backbone.

Vibrant, elegant Eden Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine which will benefit from laying around in the cellar for a while.

But can be thoroughly enjoyed now with any fresh lamb dish or your favourite cheese platter.
