Tasting Notes
A crisp Sparkling Chardonnay/Pinot Grigio from South facing cool climate vineyard high on the hills in Lenswood, Adelaide Hills, allowing for slow ripening and high acidity.
White peach, cherry blossom, lemon sorbet and vanilla, finished with a fine bead, this is a lovely crisp sparkling with a beautiful lemon sorbet finish.
