A rich and full flavoured wine with deep colour and dark brooding fruit aromas. Blackberry and currant aromas with blood plum and savoury herbs underscored with dark toasty oak tannin.
Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon 85% Merlot 9% Petit Verdo 5%
Alcohol 14%

This beautiful blend from Langhorne Creek is such a wonderful red, drinking so nicely! But will keep in the cellar for a few years if you can!
Cook up a feast of braised beef in red wine, and serve it with polenta,
sprinkles of thyme and roasted mushrooms!!
