This is a great example of Heathcote, cooler climate shiraz, with raspberries and blackberries, it’s a little more elegant than a warmer climate Shiraz, great length and intensity. I have enjoyed this with some of my favourite spicy Chinese dishes, bring your imagination to the table, along with this great wine!
