Tasting Notes
The colour of this delightful wine is bright red with crimson hue.
Aroma is rich and ripe. Cherry fruits black currant spicy plum sauce abound with hints of smoky dusty oak and licorice/ fennel appear as the wine opens and breathes.
Palate is soft and round. Intense licorice and blackcurrant fruits fill the medium to full bodies palate. These carry through to a long soft dusty tannin finish.
Alcohol: 14.5%
This McLaren Vale Shiraz is a full and richly flavoured red wine that is drinking very well. Open a bottle with friends and serve it with your favourite pasta dish layered with parmesan cheese!
