This delightful fresh Sparkling has been produced from cool climate Pinot Noir fruit grown at Birdwood single vineyards.
With just a little skin contact, the wine has a light blush colour. With the fragrance of freshly picked strawberries with a hint of spice.
This wine has just been awarded a silver medal at the Australian & New Zealand Boutique Wine Show!
