Product Description:
This great example Adelaide Hill Shiraz from Macclesfield, where the fruit is handpicked, open fermented and left on skin contact for 24 days to give this wine colour and tannin profile.
It is then matured in new and older French oak for 18 months. The result is a rich, full bodied Adelaide Hills Shiraz, full flavoured and complex but with fine, silky tannins. This a dark rich fruit cake of a wine but with hints of chocolate!
